- Damaged products will be replaced as soon as possible. All damaged product replacements will require at least the same production time as the original order.
- All estimated project production times are based on the scheduled start date. The start date will be determined upon receipt of the deposit or full payment.
- The fastest production time averages 2 – 8 weeks.
- Standard shipping means the customer is responsible for unloading the goods from the carrier unless otherwise specified as an option.
