Installation
1. Before attaching the tiles, prepare the surface by removing any debris and dirt. Clean the area thoroughly and ensure the surface is evenly smooth, without any holes or protrusions.
2. Before installation, make sure to hit the lines, phase, and tiles.
3. Prepare tile adhesive or nail glue. For instant glue, mix with water according to the specified ratio, stir well, and use immediately.
4. Apply a combination of glue to the back of the tiles across the entire sheet. This will prevent air gaps after tiling. Ensure the thickness of the cement along the grooves of the notched trowel is appropriate.
5. Place the tiles on the adhesive that has been applied. Install them on the surface and gently tap with a rubber hammer to achieve the desired level. If you need to adjust the tiles, you can do so within 15-20 minutes before the cement dries.
Caution/Maintenance
- If need to scrub, use a wax cleaning solution.
- Be careful about scratches, as acidic solutions can damage the tile coating.
- You should wipe the cement stains off the tiles thoroughly before the cement dries to prevent damage to the workpieces.
